Incase of cancellation of batches or unavailability of selected batches for training as indicated by TopNotch You on its Website, TopNotch You will provide alternate batch options to the students or may choose to provide individual coaching. Incase of inability of the student to attend selected batches for training, TopNotch You is waived off any liability arising out of such situations. The terms of Payment and Refund can be modified at the sole discretion of TopNotch You without any liability.
